  • Domestic.

    UPDATE (06/01/2021) - Due to higher online traffic and the current pandemic, please allow for additional shipping time on all orders. Please allow up to 25 business days for Domestic orders, and 45 business days for International orders.

    - Items are shipped out within 5-7 business days of the order being placed.

    - Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight and size of each package.

    - Once shipped, a tracking number, if available, will be sent to the email associated with the order.

    - Domestic orders should arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.

  • International

    - International buyers are responsible for any duty, tax, or customs fees as your country requires. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    - Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.

    - International orders regularly take up to 7-21 business days or longer depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Custom or personalized orders

    Digital downloads

    Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Returned Packages

    IMPORTANT - Please double-check the shipping address prior to finalizing the order. If corrections to order need to be made, the person who placed the order must contact us via email within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted.

    Any package returned to us that would need to be reshipped will be required to pay an additional shipping fee ($10 Domestic / $25 International) prior to reshipment.No exceptions for the additional shipping fee if due to: 1) a missing apartment/unit numbers, 2) a wrong/incomplete address, 3) the package not retrieved in time from post office, 4) Etc.
